Biography

Roger M. Mansukhani is a partner with trial experience, working out of the Los Angeles and San Diego offices. Mr. Mansukhani's practice is focused on employment litigation and counseling, defending clients against claims of discrimination, retaliation, FMLA, and harassment, as well as wage and hour issues. His practice necessarily involves a significant amount of counseling on hiring and firing issues and reductions in force.

Mr. Mansukhani also has a significant Toxic Tort and Product Liability practice. He has represented Fortune 500 clients in complex, multi-plaintiff product liability and toxic exposure matters, and has tried numerous such cases.

Mr. Mansukhani was named as one of the “Top 20 Attorneys Under 40” by the Los Angeles Daily Journal out of more than 50,000 eligible attorneys, with only eleven of the “Top 20” in private practice. In 2009, 2008 and 2007, Law & Poltics magazine named Mr. Mansukhani a "Super Lawyer" in its research of the top 5% of Southern California lawyers in the category of Employment Litigation, Defense.  He has also been named a Top Attorney by The Daily Transcript, a Southern California business publication.

He is a member of the State Bar of California, licensed to practice in all state and federal courts. He is a member of the Defense Research Institute, the Southern California Association of Defense Counsel, American Bar Association, American Inns of Court and the San Diego and Los Angeles County Bar Associations.

Mr. Mansukhani received his J.D. from Northwestern University School of Law and his B.A. from the University of Wisconsin, graduating with honors. At Northwestern and Wisconsin, Mr. Mansukhani received awards for both his written and oral advocacy. At Northwestern Mr. Mansukhani's focus was on litigation and trial practices. He has also written on litigation practices in mass-tort litigation.
